Apple Account Authorized Computers

Use iTunes to view your Apple ID account and see how many computers are authorized. On this screen you will be able to see the number of computers authorized to your iTunes Account under section Apple ID Summary See image below.


Deauthorize All Itunes Computers Accounting Information Computer Itunes

An iPhone iPad iPod or Apple TV doesnt count as a computer.

Apple account authorized computers. You could play your music and then your movies and TV shows on 5 computers. From the Store menu select View my Account 3. Youll see the list of devices associated with your account for purchases.

You can deauthorize each computer individually. In order to use apps audiobooks books DRM-protected music and movies on a computer it must be Authorized. Within the Apple ID Summary area you will notice Computer Authorizations.

There is no option to view which computers you have authorized but if you log into your iTunes store account you will be able to see how many computers are authorized. Your Apple ID is the account you use for all Apple services. Or in iTunes you can choose Account.

It is important to note that this area offers a very different method. To authorize your Mac computer open the iTunes or Apple Music app and click Account in the menu bar. Enter your Apple ID password if required.

Apple ID uses the same authorization for the same computer. Sign in to your Apple ID if prompted. It isnt possible to view information about the specific machines only the total number of iTunes authorizations.

If youre asked to authorize your computer again it wont use a new authorization. You can authorize up to five computers Mac PC or both at a time. In the Music app on your Mac choose Account Authorizations Authorize This Computer.

From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen or at the top of the iTunes window choose Account View My Account. Scroll to the iTunes in the Cloud section then click Manage Devices. Next click Account again and hover over Authorizations and select Authorize This Computer.

In the iTunes app on your PC choose Account. Youll see the number of computers that youve authorised with your Apple ID. It was still a lot less strict than DRM imposed by other serv.

There you will see the number of computers that are authorized for that account. Sign in with your Apple ID and password. Check the Number of Authorized Computers.

You can also click on your username and select account from the iTunes Store window. Under Computer Authorizations select De-authorize All. In the menu bar on your Mac or PC choose Account Authorizations Authorize This Computer.

You will then be presented with your account information. You will be told how many computers are currently authorized but you will not be able to see them as a list. Then click Sign In and enter your Apple ID and password.

You can authorize up to five computers Mac Windows or both at a time. There is no direct record of which machines are authorized. Next click on Deauthorize All button that you can see next to Computer Authorizations See image above.

To authorize a computer you start playing some protected contentsay a movie or TV showand enter your Apple ID and password when prompted.
